ABOUT US

The King County Municipal Clerks Association (KCMCA) is a non-profit founded in 1979 for the purpose of supporting all municipal clerks in King County, WA and their professional growth. We help facilitate the interchange of information and knowledge between people performing the duties of a municipal clerk in King County, regardless of their position or title, and provide a forum for continued education.

  • Have custody of your agency’s official seal and are responsible for the execution of official documents

  • Are responsible for the management of bylaws, articles of incorporation, ordinances, resolutions, or other legal instruments
